Who/what is Ibizadresses.com?

Ibizadresses is an online shop where you can shop 24 hours a day.
We have trendy, chique and fashionable clothing for an affordable price, everything in Ibiza style.
We are located in Eindhoven (the Netherlands) and we are registered at the chamber of commerce with number 172265240000.

How can I order?
Check our page order/delivery at the bottom of the page.

Online shopping is quick and easy. You can shop 24 hours a day and your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Ordering at IbizaDresses is easy, go to the article that you wish to buy, choose the size and colour that you want to have and click ‘order’.

Your order is now in the shopping cart, if you want to order multiple items you can go back to the shop and repeat these steps.

Are you ready with your order? Go to your shopping cart and select “Proceed to check-out”, you can now fill in your personal details. Validate your order and select the payment-method you want. Press “place order” to complete and pay your order.
A payed order can’t be changed anymore. The size is available if it shows on the products page, we only have limited supply of all items to keep them original.

How can I pay?

At Ibizadresses we have multiple ways of payment: Ideal, bank transfer, credit card and many others.

– Ideal: If you want to pay with Ideal (online payment) it will be the quickest way to get your order delivered. If you order before 13.00 it will be send the same day.

– Bank transfer: You can transfer the amount to bank account ‘NL06RABO0143826891’ in name of ‘ibizadresses.com’ with your ordernumber as subject. The payment term is 8 days and your order will be send 2/3 days after your payment is received. Keep in mind that you fill in the correct order details for quick processing.

– If you want to pick up your order you can come during office hours after you made an appointment. We have two addresses in Eindhoven that we will announce to you when you place your order. You can pay in cash at these addresses.

– Multisafepay: Multisafepay is a payment process where you can pay with credit card.

What are the delivery costs?

All orders at Ibizadresses are send with PostNL.
The shipping costs are 6,95 euro per order within the Netherlands. For orders abroad the costs depend on the destination country of arrival.

Orders that are placed before 13:00 will be processed the same day and will shipped to you within 48 hours, this is of course depends on the method of payment (see ‘Payment’) and on whether it’s available or not.
Orders that are placed on a Friday after 12:00 will be processed on Monday

During holidays the delivery times can deviate.

I want to exchange an article, how do I do this?

Ibizadresses hopes that your article is as expected, but if you for whatever reason want to exchange/return your article that’s possible.

You can exchange or return an article for up to 8 days!
Only unworn, undamaged and non-washed articles can be returned or exchanged! Returned articles which do not meet the terms listed above, will not be accepted. The costs for returning or exchanging are on customers expense. Ibizadresses won’t be responsible for the returned articles
